All our packages have an expiration date depending on the length and amount of booked lessons. After the expiration date none of unused classes, nor the previously charged payment will be refundable.
The cancellation or reschedule of the booked class is possible anytime, BUT ONLY free of charge if they are made at least 24h before the class starts.
All the books and e-learning materials are provided by My German Concept and are free of charge.
